Where these resorts sit

Downtown Las Vegas trades the Strip's scale for density, walkability, and lower table minimums. The Fremont Street corridor packs a dozen full resorts into a handful of blocks, and the difference between them is character rather than square footage.

Our rubric

How a score is built

Our editors complete the same six-part assessment at every property, using the weights below. No property receives a bespoke rubric.

25%Major impact

The casino floor and its lounges

We look at circulation, seating, table spread, ventilation, and the atmosphere during peak evening periods.

20%High impact

Guest rooms

Acoustic isolation, mattress and linen standard, bathroom fit, in-room controls, and the quality of the view.

20%High impact

Service and hospitality

Measured on desk waiting times, concierge usefulness, language range, and service recovery.

15%Moderate impact

Food and beverage

We assess variety, kitchen reliability, the breakfast service, late-night options, and cellar depth.

10%Supporting impact

Location and access

Judged on transfer convenience, walkable surroundings, transport connections, and parking practicality.

10%Supporting impact

Value

The all-in nightly figure, fees included, weighed against room quality and amenity access.

Our approach

The way we assess a property

Juvantera publishes independent assessments of resort accommodation across Downtown Las Vegas and the Fremont district. Our work is editorial: we grade properties, publish the score, and show the reasoning. We are not a booking agent and we sell no placement.

Our independence is built into how we operate: no property pays to be listed, none reviews its own assessment before it goes live, and none can have a finding withdrawn.
